Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
